I have been training with Jen for just over a year now and she's been not just a great personal trainer but also a good friend. Thanks to her I ran my first half marathon last September in a respectable time and am now working on improving my times for 8 and 10k distances. I train once a week to keep me disciplined and Jen always varies it so it's never dull - sometimes boxing, sometimes circuits, sometimes core stability.
